- Switch accounts: Click your avatar or profile area and choose “Sign out,” then sign in with another Google account.
- Choose the closest server: If the UI feels slow, switch to a nearer server and try again.
Troubleshooting: can’t sign in on Windows
- Network check: Ensure your PC has a stable network. If using a company network or VPN, try a home or mobile hotspot.
- Browser pop-up blocked: Allow pop-ups for the Google sign-in window, then retry.
- Time sync: Incorrect system time can break sign-in. Sync Windows date/time and try again.
- Update the client: Use the latest Redfinger Windows client to avoid token errors.
- Try again: Close Redfinger, reopen it, switch server if needed, and redo “Sign in with Google.” If the issue remains, contact with screenshots and your Windows version.
