Dear users,

Singapore and Thailand servers are scheduled to regular maintenance from 16:00 to 18:00 on July 28, 2023, Friday, UTC/GMT+8 Hours. Users can obtain 3-Hour Compensation to use cloud phone following the completion of maintenance. 

The maintenance will include a graceful shutdown and server reboot. All cloud phone activities will abruptly be suspended when maintenance starts. Maintenance time is subject to change without further notice. 

Were hardware damage to happen during the maintenance, we will replace your old cloud phone with the new one automatically. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.
