Redfinger Cloud Purchase Agreement

Please read, understand and comply with this Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully to use the services provided by Redfinger Cloud Platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"), including but not limited to VIP services, cloud phone purchases, static proxy IP purchases, dynamic proxy IP purchases, real machine test purchases and other value-added services.
This Agreement is jointly formulated by you and Redfinger Cloud Platform and has contractual effect. Redfinger Cloud Platform will highlight important terms in bold or other reasonable ways. Please pay special attention to the terms that may have a significant impact on your rights, such as disclaimers, user rights restriction terms, and terms related to dispute resolution and jurisdiction. If you believe that these terms may have an adverse impact on your rights in specific circumstances, please read them again carefully and make sure that you voluntarily accept these terms before agreeing to this Agreement or using the Service.
If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, especially those that may seriously affect your rights, please do not take any actions that constitute acceptance of the Service (including but not limited to clicking Agree/Accept/Next, entering the purchase process, entering the renewal process, engaging in any transaction or activity related to the Service, or any other form of confirmation, collectively referred to as "Acceptance of the Service"). By using any behavior of accepting the Service, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement, confirm the establishment of a contractual relationship with the Redfinger Cloud platform, and voluntarily accept and abide by all the terms of this Agreement.
If you are under the age of 18, please read and confirm this Agreement in the presence of your legal guardian.
I. Definitions and Interpretations
1.1 Scope of Services
The services provided by the Redfinger Cloud Platform include but are not limited to:
- VIP Service: Provide users with premium membership benefits and exclusive services.
- Cloud Phone Purchase: Provide rental or purchase services for virtual phone equipment.
- Static Proxy IP Purchase: Provide proxy services with fixed IP addresses.
- Dynamic Proxy IP Purchase: Provide proxy services with dynamically changing IP addresses.
- Other value-added services: including but not limited to technical support, customized services, etc.
1.2 This Agreement
This Agreement is a general purchase agreement for Redfinger Cloud Platform Services and applies to all of the above services. When using any of these services, you must comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
II. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if no agreement is reached through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for litigation.
III. Purchase and payment of services
3.1 Payment methods
Redfinger Cloud Platform supports a variety of payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc. When purchasing services, you should choose a suitable payment method and complete the payment in accordance with the relevant procedures.
3.2 Charging standards
The charging standards for each service will be announced on the Redfinger Cloud Platform official website or the relevant service page. Redfinger Cloud Platform has the right to adjust the charging standards according to market conditions and operational needs, and the adjusted charging standards will be announced in advance on the relevant pages.
3.3 Refund Policy
In view of the particularity of the service, Redfinger Cloud Platform hereby clearly declares that, unless otherwise provided by law or due to the Redfinger Cloud Platform, you are unable to use the purchased service, once the recharge is successful, any virtual goods, services or memberships purchased by the user will not be refunded. This is mainly due to factors such as payment platform fees, cross-border financial accounting, tax processing, and international exchange rate fluctuations. We recommend that you carefully consider your needs and confirm your purchase intention before recharging. Redfinger Cloud Platform promises to do its best to provide you with quality services and goods to ensure that your recharges receive corresponding value.
IV. Use and Management of Services
4.1 Account Management
You should use and properly protect your Redfinger Cloud Platform account and password. If any leakage, loss, theft or other incidents occur that are not caused by the legitimate fault of the Redfinger Cloud Platform, all losses will be borne by you. If you find that someone has abused your identity or illegally used your account and password, or there is any other unauthorized use or unsafe behavior, you should immediately notify the Redfinger Cloud Platform in an effective manner and request to suspend the relevant services. You understand that Redfinger Cloud Platform needs a reasonable amount of time to process your request, during which time Redfinger Cloud Platform is not responsible for any losses caused by the execution of instructions.
4.2 Rules of Use
When using the services provided by Redfinger Cloud Platform, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations and may not use the services for illegal activities, including but not limited to the following:
(a) Violation of the basic principles stipulated in the Constitution;
(b) Endangering national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity;
(c) Leaking state secrets, endangering national security, and damaging national honor and interests;
(d) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, and infringing ethnic customs;
(e) Promoting cults or feudal superstitions;
(f) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(g) Promoting obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence or inciting crime;
(h) Defaming or slandering others and infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(i) Violating social morality;
(X) Engaging in other content prohibited by laws, regulations or national regulations.
The user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom. If any loss is caused to the Redfinger Cloud Platform, the user shall compensate for the loss.
V. Suspension, Termination and Modification of Services
5.1 Service Term
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Service Term is determined by the term selected and successfully paid by you. It will take effect from the date you select and purchase the Service and end when the Service expires or you terminate the Service. You can also consult customer service or view the relevant service page for details.
5.2 Modification of Services
Redfinger Cloud Platform has the right to adjust, upgrade or modify the Service content, functions, rights, etc. according to business development needs and market conditions. These adjustments will be announced in advance on the relevant service page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these changes.
5.3 Suspension and Termination of Services
Redfinger Cloud Platform has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of Services to you in the following circumstances:
(a) You violate any terms of this Agreement;
(b) You use the Service illegally;
(c) Required by laws, regulations or government authorities;
(d) Force majeure or other reasons make it impossible to continue to provide Services.
VI. Intellectual Property
Redfinger Cloud Platform is the owner of the intellectual property rights of Redfinger Cloud Platform. All information related to the platform belongs to the intellectual property rights of Redfinger Cloud Platform, including but not limited to: text representation and its combination, icons, decorations, charts, colors, interface design, layout framework, related data, printed materials or electronic documents. Without the written consent and authorization of Redfinger Cloud Platform, any unauthorized modification, distribution, rental, translation, disassembly, decompilation, reverse engineering or any other unauthorized behavior of this platform in whole or in part shall constitute infringement, and Redfinger Cloud Platform reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
VII. Disclaimer
Redfinger Cloud Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by service interruption, data loss, improper user behavior, etc. Redfinger Cloud Platform will strive to ensure the security and stability of the service, but does not provide an absolute guarantee of trouble-free operation of the service.
VIII. Notice
Any notice sent by Redfinger Cloud Platform to users in accordance with this Agreement may be delivered through web page announcements, internal messages, client push notifications, public account notifications, emails, text messages or ordinary mails reserved by users. These notices shall be deemed to have been delivered to the user on the date of sending.
IX. Others
9.1 Effective Date of Agreement
Redfinger may periodically revise the Agreement entitled "...... Agreement", "...... Contract", "...... Announcement", etc. The revised content shall constitute part of this Agreement/Contract/Announcement. Redfinger will publish any changes to this Agreement on this page or by other means it deems appropriate (including sending you an email or other notice). If you have any questions, comments or suggestions about the "Terms", "...... Agreement", "...... Contract", "...... Announcement", etc., you should contact us at "Terms", "...... Agreement", "...... Contract", "...... Announcement", etc. If you do not make any comments or suggestions during this period and continue to use this software and related products or services, it means that you agree to be bound by the revised agreement. "Terms", "... Agreement", "...... Contract", "...... Announcement", etc. shall automatically take effect from the date of publication and shall have retroactive effect on actions taken before the effective date.
9.2 Place of signing of the agreement
This Agreement shall be signed at the location of Redfinger Cloud Platform.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined by any competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
9.4 Force Majeure
Redfinger Cloud Platform shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
9.5 Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the final agreement between you and Redfinger Cloud Platform regarding the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements, understandings or negotiations between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
