1Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Micro-Tech ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Auto Clicker mobile application distributed on Google Play (the "App").

It applies only to the App, and not to any other application, website, or service. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not install or use the App.

2Summary

3Information we do not collect

We do not collect, and the App does not transmit to us or to any third party, any of the following:

• Personal identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, or government-issued ID
• Contacts, calendar entries, SMS messages, call logs, photos, or files
• Precise or approximate location
• Screenshots, screen recordings, or keystrokes
• Credentials, passwords, or payment card data

The App requests no network permission whatsoever, so no category of information can be sent anywhere, regardless of what it processes locally.

4Information processed on your device

To provide its core function, the App stores the following locally, in Android's private per-app storage:

• Click points and their screen coordinates
• The identifying properties of the on-screen element you tapped, used to re-locate it during playback: its text label, its resource id, its content description, its widget class name, and its position. See section 5 for why this is needed.
• Gesture settings: tap, long press, swipe, duration, interval, repeat count, random offset, start delay, and stop timer
• Saved configuration profiles and the names you give them
• A local run history and per-task execution log (start time, duration, repeat count, and whether each step succeeded)
• App preferences: overlay position, size, opacity, language, and theme

Task files and run history are encrypted at rest with a key held in the Android Keystore, which never leaves your device. This information never leaves your device unless you export or share a configuration file yourself. We have no access to it.

If you do export a task file in order to share it, be aware that it contains the element properties described above, which may include text that was visible in another application when you recorded the task. Review a file before you send it to someone.

5Accessibility Service disclosure

The App uses Android's AccessibilityService API. This section describes that use in full, because it is the only way the App can do what it does.

Why it is required

On Android, performing a tap, long press, or swipe on your behalf is only possible through this API. The App uses it to carry out the gestures you have configured yourself, and for nothing else.

What the service reads

Tapping a fixed coordinate breaks as soon as the layout shifts or the App runs on a screen of a different size. To keep your automation working, when you place a tap point the service reads the accessibility properties of the element at that position and saves them with the point:

• the element's text label
• its resource id (for example com.example.app:id/login_button)
• its content description
• its widget class name (for example android.widget.Button)
• its position and size on screen

During playback the service looks for an element with those properties and taps its centre; if it cannot find one, it falls back to the saved coordinate. Reading happens only at the moment you place or edit a point, and during a run you have started.

What the service does not do

• It does not read the screen continuously, in the background, or while automation is stopped
• It does not build a log or index of what you see, beyond the properties of the specific elements you chose to target
• It does not capture password fields, notifications, or clipboard contents
• It does not record your screen or take screenshots
• It does not monitor which applications you open
• It does not transmit any information off your device — the App holds no network permission

Your control

The service runs only after you enable it manually in Settings › Accessibility, and after you accept the in-app disclosure describing this use. You can disable it at any time in the same Settings screen, or by turning automation off inside the App. Disabling it stops all automation immediately.

6Permissions we request and why

To perform the taps, long presses, and swipes you configure, and to locate the elements you targeted. See section 5.

Foreground service FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE

To keep an automation run alive while the App is in the background, with a persistent notification so the run is always visible to you.

Notifications POST_NOTIFICATIONS

To display that automation status notification. If you decline it, automation still works; you simply lose the visible indicator.

That is the complete list. The App requests no network permission, and does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, SMS messages, media library, the list of applications installed on your device, or the ability to draw over other apps.

7Diagnostics provided by Google

If your device settings allow it, Google Play may provide us with aggregated crash and performance reports through the Google Play Console. These reports may include a stack trace, device model, Android version, and App version. They are supplied by Google in aggregated form and are not used by us to identify you. See Google's Privacy Policy.

8Third-party services

The App does not integrate advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. It contains no third-party service that receives data from it.

9Children's privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country if that age is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

10Data retention and deletion

Because your settings are stored only on your device, you control them entirely:

• Delete individual profiles inside the App
• Clear all App data in Settings › Apps › Auto Clicker › Storage › Clear data
• Uninstall the App to remove all local data

We hold no user account, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. If you have written to our support address, we keep that correspondence for up to 12 months in order to answer follow-up questions, and we will delete it sooner on request.

11Security

Task files and run history are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key generated in the Android Keystore, which cannot be extracted from the device. They are kept in the App's private storage, which other applications cannot read on a device that has not been rooted. Automatic backup is disabled, so this data is not copied to the cloud. No method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent (GDPR and UK GDPR); or to know about, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing (CCPA and CPRA).

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Because we receive no information from the App at all, we may be unable to locate any data in response to a request. To exercise a right, or to complain about how we handle data, write to [email protected]. Users in the EEA and the UK may also complain to their local data protection authority.

13International transfers

We do not transfer your personal data internationally, because we do not collect it. All data the App processes stays on your device.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App or to legal requirements. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice inside the App before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the App after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
